Shipping Policy of SC STYLE LTD
At SC STYLE LTD, we are committed to delivering your jewelry in a timely and efficient manner. Please review the following shipping policy to understand our procedures and options.
1. Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping methods based on your location, order size, and delivery speed preference. Shipping options will be available at checkout, and prices will vary based on the selected method.
2. Shipping Locations
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability and delivery times will depend on the destination. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed.
Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Please note that during peak seasons (such as holidays), processing times may take a bit longer, but we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
4. Shipping Rates
Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom): Shipping rates for UK orders are calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping is available for orders over £50.
International Shipping: International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
Customs Duties and Taxes: International customers may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and import fees based on their local laws. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of shipping.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
United Kingdom:
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Europe:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-4 business days
Rest of the World:
Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
Express Shipping: 3-7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local postal services.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery via the carrier’s website.
7. Shipping Issues
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, or if you experience any issues with the shipping process, please contact us at payment@scstyle.net. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
SC STYLE LTD is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once the order has been shipped. However, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue if a package is lost or damaged during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. SC STYLE LTD is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at the time of order.
