At SC STYLE LTD, we offer a wide range of high-quality women’s jewelry, including:

2. How can I place an order?
Placing an order on our website is easy:
Browse through our collection and select the items you’d like to purchase.
Choose the size, color, or any customization options available.
Add your items to your shopping cart.
Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment details.
After payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping for all orders over £50 within the United Kingdom. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic (UK):
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
International Orders:
Europe: 5-7 business days (Standard), 2-4 business days (Express)
Rest of the World: 7-15 business days (Standard), 3-7 business days (Express)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we begin preparing your items for shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes or cancel orders once they have been processed. However, if you have any concerns, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

7. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to track the status of your shipment.
8. What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please visit our Refund Policy page for detailed information on how to return your items and process refunds.
9. Do you accept exchanges?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
10. What happens if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer you a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
11. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination. Please be aware that international customers may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
12. What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, or if you believe it is lost, please contact us at payment@scstyle.net. We will help you track your order and resolve any issues with the carrier.
13. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Once the order is processed, we are unable to change the shipping address. If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to help.
14. How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry in the best condition:
Avoid exposing it to water, chemicals, or perfumes.
Store it in a dry, cool place, preferably in a jewelry box or pouch.
Clean it gently with a soft cloth to maintain its shine.
